Description

CMA reviewed existing legal, fiscal and environment frameworks and structures related to mining, minerals and oil and gas. We updated the mining code and subsidiary legislation ready for passing by parliament and made recommendations to the Armenian government regarding institutional restructuring and capacity building. We also held workshops outlining proposals for fiscal and legal reform and institutional restructuring.
