CMA was instructed to assist in the valuation of a company with holdings in eight exploration/mining properties in various states of development in Africa.

The work involved assessment of corporate goodwill and existing joint venture relationships and used four different valuation methods to arrive at a fair market value against various gold price projections. We also advised on marketing and promotion of the opportunities.
