CMA staff directed optimisation, valuation and privatisation studies for the operations of Minero Peru - the second state mining company in Peru.
The company had copper mining, alluvial gold dredging, zinc refining and copper refining interests.

The study included assessments of macro economic impacts, constraints of legal, fiscal and regulatory issues and environmental impacts.
