Description
CMA was asked to review an estimate and extraction agreements compiled by Scott Pickford of certain blocks of Madagascar's heavy oil/tar sands deposits. The blocks were in the Bemolanga ultra-heavy oil field and the Tsimiroro heavy oil fields.
